Lake Joondalup Baptist College is a coeducational College, with 310 students in the Primary School and an anticipated enrolment of over 840 in the Secondary School. Ms Barbara Wadley is Executive Principal and Principal of the Secondary School.

All staff appointed to the College must be committed Christians who are active members of a local church. A reference from your pastor/minister must accompany your application.

The College has a positive and supportive environment, high standards of discipline and a strong pastoral care focus. The curriculum is progressive, with a strong interest in structures and practices that promote successful learning outcomes for students. The College has excellent information technology facilities which support the curriculum.
