Extra Curricular Activities

Extra Curricular activities offer a wide range of opportunities within stimulating and safe environments. A wide range of after school clubs and Active After School Communities, events and activities include:

End of year Primary Presentation and Graduation Evening, which validates student achievements
Primary Assemblies, which develop pride and tradition, and Worship Assemblies which offer an experience for unity in praise and worship
After school clubs – eg sewing, puppetry, craft, Tournament of Minds to challenge the whole child. These rotate to maximise student participation.
Drama and music performances, to allow children to experience the striving for quality and co-operation to achieve success.
Music groups – choir, orchestra, recorder, percussion
Inter school sporting teams; students participate in independent inter school sporting competitions in swimming, athletics and cross country
Camps– graduated over the years to culminate in a challenging outdoor adventure program in the final year of Primary
Excursions and incursions enrich the teaching program
Community participation to showcase school achievements and contribute to the welfare of the wider community
