Maintenance Coordinator/Manager (1.0FTE)

LJBC seeks to appoint a Maintenance Coordinator/Manager for this newly created position. This position works closely with the Property Services Coordinator to manage the College’s buildings and grounds to ensure maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proactive measures are taken to ensure the standard of facilities are maintained at a high level. The Maintenance Coordinator will also be responsible for advice on WHS, environmental and safety considerations. The successful person will have a ‘hands-on’ approach and most likely have a background in a similar environment or building trade.

This position is full time and will commence in October 2022.
